Do not be put off by the fact that you are a long way away. In these days of modern communications there is really never a need to have a face to face meeting unless the client particularly wants one, in which case I shall be delighted to meet you.

Documents can be exchanged by post, fax and email and discussions can take place on the telephone. This is by far the most efficient way of dealing with your case and helps to keep your costs to a minimum.
